Chania General Hospital trusted ENDOSCOPIKI SA for the complete upgrade of its operating rooms. ENDOSCOPIKI SA, in cooperation with the administration of the hospital and all clinics, upgraded all the operating rooms by equipping them with the Electrosurgical workstation VIO 300S of Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH.
Electrosurgical Workstation VIO 300 S
The Electrosurgical Workstation VIΟ 300S of Erbe Elektromedizin GmbH with 4 socket modules, gives the option to adjust the precise power output for each individual indication. It has new and improved cutting (CUT) and coagulation (COAG) functions. It is simple to operate thanks to the FocusView mode it has. Through the display-supported neutral electrode safety system NESSY, VIO 300S provides interactive assistance when positioning the return electrode. Moreover, VIO 300S, due to its 4 sockets, allows for a variable configuration depending on each case. Finally through its interactive screen, the user can assign the footswitch or even a single pedal to the output socket of their choice.
Installation
The installation was completed by the experienced team of our branch office in Crete in the presence of the Hospital Director Mr. Giorgos Beas, the Deputy Director Mr. Manos Baliotis and the Director of the Surgery Clinic Mrs. Antoniou together with Dr. Economou and Dr. Tsiminikakis. Simultaneously with the installation, the training of the entire Biomedical team of the Chania General Hospital was carried out by our experienced sales team. Finally, a live case was performed by the Director of the Urology Clinic, Dr. Kazoulis. With this upgrade, doctors, resident doctors and the nursing staff of Chania General Hospital will be able to use and be trained in the most modern technologies of Electrosurgery. In this way, top quality service and safety will be provided to the patients of Chania Region.
