The facilities
Located in Athens, ENDOSCOPIKI S.A. has its own state-of-the-art building offering all employees the adequate facilities that make their work even more efficient. Moreover, as ENDOSCOPIKI S.A. considers its presence throughout Greece of outmost importance, it has a technical support / customer service center in Crete, and its own facilities in Thessaloniki in order to better serve the needs of customers in Northern Greece. ENDOSCOPIKI S.A. is committed to the training of both its customers and employees. Lectures and other educational events for healthcare professionals are often hosted within its training facilities, which are equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology, as well as faithful simulators and medical stations.

The EN ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems used by ENDOSCOPIKI S.A., cover the strictest requirements set by the European Union – both in products and services – play a decisive role in further strengthening the credibility of the company. The Decision 1348/2004 of the Greek Ministry for Health and Welfare for good distribution Practice of Medical Devices is fully covered by them. A pioneer since the first day of its founding and with an emphasis on the protection of the environment and the safety of its employees, ENDOSCOPIKI S.A. is included in the national register of production companies, and has also received a certification according to the international standards EN ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 and ISO 45001:2018.
