ELUXEO™ family grows bigger ! Endoscopy system at PAGNI.
The University General Hospital of Heraklion – PAGNI has in its possession the innovative endoscopy system ELUXEO™ by Fujifilm Holdings Corporation. The system was installed at the Endoscopy Unit of the Gastroenterology Clinic after the significant donation of Plastika Kritis S.A. and Minoan Lines S.A. through Fondazione Grimaldi foundation.
The innovative ELUXEO™ system awarded with Red Dot Award: Product Design 2017, incorporates the innovative 4-LED Multi-Light™ technology, setting in this way a new standard in endoscopic imaging. It offers endoscopists through its excellent image quality and the use of unique BLI & LCI imaging techniques, new data in high definition chromoendoscopy of the gastrointestinal tract and thus helping them to prevent, diagnose and treat precancerous conditions and early stomach cancer.
With this system the gastroenterologists of the hospital will be able to offer to the patients of Crete the most advanced and reliable method of diagnosis or early cancer and other diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and therefore the prompt and effective treatment.
