Mediterraneo Hospital

The first installation of Fujifilm Holdings Corporation innovative SYNAPSE® 3D system took place at Mediterraneo Hospital. The SYNAPSE® 3D system consists of a portable working station with an integrated 3D imaging software that provides the ability to map and explore a proper bronchial pathway. The software can simulate virtually the bronchoscopy by using data that were collected from the CT scans, in order to detect lung tumors.
