This framework is intended to be used as a tool for the prevention, deterrence, and fight against bribery, in full compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework.
The company, understanding the definition and implications of bribery and its forms, encourages the confidential reporting of any incident or suspicion of bribery. It also provides proper training to its employees and partners to recognize actions associated with bribery and ensures the protection of the company’s reputation.
The maintenance of impartiality and integrity of all parties involved with the company is a priority for all transactions arising from the company. The company has implemented practices and guidelines aimed at the prevention, deterrence, and elimination of bribery and corruption.
As part of its corporate social responsibility, the company may support organizations or sponsor events and activities. However, in all cases, it is ensured that charitable and social contributions and sponsorships are made only to recognized organizations and after proper research and evaluation, without any expectation of acquiring business advantages or other preferential treatment in return.
The employees of the company are aware of this Policy and the related procedures and are vigilant in reporting, either under their name or anonymously, any incident that comes to their attention and involves elements of or raises suspicion of bribery or a situation that could expose the company to the risk of bribery.
