Quality Policy

The company ENDOSCOPIKI S.A. has chosen a clearly defined Quality Policy as a means for its continuous development.

Through this Policy, the Management expresses its commitment to providing products and services of consistently high quality. The Management ensures that the Quality Policy meets the needs of the company and the expectations of its customers.

The Management also revises or supplements this Policy with the aim of continuous improvement.

The Quality Policy, which guides all the company’s activities, is summarized as follows:

➢ To achieve and maintain the quality of its products and services at the level promised to customers, using the best available technology and expertise within the Organization’s financial capabilities.
➢ To store and distribute its products in accordance with applicable specifications, with emphasis on maintenance and safety conditions.
➢ To fulfill orders within the agreed deadlines and always under the specified terms.
➢ To inform customers and plan improvements related to quality based on feedback received from them.
➢ To ensure continuous and thorough training and education for all personnel, fostering a quality-oriented mindset and expertise in their tasks.
➢ To make continuous efforts to minimize customer complaints and non-conforming services.
➢ To communicate, update, and make this Policy available to all interested parties.

The continuous improvement and strengthening of a sincere and constructive relationship with the customer are primary objectives of the Organization. The goal is to provide the best possible customer service, both in terms of service delivery and in the areas of information and education.

The Organization is committed to consistently meeting customer requirements with a focus on Quality and Safety. To this end, it allocates both material resources and human capital as needed to achieve this objective.
