We are pleased to present a recent hands-on training session delivered by Endoscopiki SA at the Endoscopy Unit of the University General Hospital Attikon.

The session focused on the appropriate and safe use of the Erbe Group VIO 3 Electrosurgical System, as well as Argon Plasma Coagulation (APC).

The training was attended by both junior and senior physicians, in addition to nursing staff, ensuring a consistent level of knowledge and competency among all members of the endoscopy team.

The training program included:

• Device setup and proper connections, emphasizing their importance for effective operation
• Clinical application of electrosurgery and APC in endoscopic procedures
• Safety protocols, with particular attention to the correct positioning of the neutral electrode
• A practical, experimental session using animal tissue to provide realistic simulation
