On January 22 and 23, Endoscopiki SA proudly initiated the new year with a series of meaningful internal meetings, establishing the direction and strategic priorities for 2026.

The two-day program included the company’s annual Sales Training session, dedicated to strengthening alignment, fostering professional growth, and reinforcing shared objectives across teams. This important gathering provided an opportunity to reflect on past achievements, refine strategies, and prepare collectively for the challenges and opportunities ahead.

As part of our long-standing tradition, we also celebrated the New Year with the customary cutting of the Vasilopita. During the event, we had the honor of presenting special awards to colleagues who have contributed more than 30 years of dedicated service to Endoscopiki SA. Their commitment, professionalism, and loyalty serve as a source of inspiration for the entire organization.

The celebrations concluded with a festive gathering, offering colleagues the opportunity to connect in a relaxed and joyful setting. The evening highlighted the strong sense of teamwork that defines our company and marked a positive and energetic beginning to the year.
